Speak to an Adviser
Despite their name Independent Sexual Violence Advisers or ISVAs work with men affected by any sexual crime or abuse, regardless of whether it included violence.
You'll be allocated one worker and can usually choose their gender if that's important to you. They will support you for free, and help you with things like; finding suitable counselling, deciding whether to report to the police or accessing medical care.
You can speak to your ISVA via video call, phone or in person, and they can attend other appointments with you.
